No wait! They aren't pack and I'm not ready.
Peter and I are leaving for Alaska this weekend.
I have a mile long list of things to do for the trip, including getting the house and the cats ready for the house/cat sitter.
I have to finish all the work that is due in the next two and a half weeks.
Peter is taking the Bar Exam this week. (That's the test used to make sure people are competent enough to be a lawyer.)
Help!

Oh, my, goodness. That is an awful lot of work to be done for this weekend.
Help. Um. Get back to work?
Go pack your bags!! :)
Everything will turn out fine! :)
One step at a time. Take a deep breath; you'll get it all done.
Good luck to Peter. My DH took that, and it is not an easy test, so be sure to plan something wonderful in Alaska after it's over -- dinner out or a special treat! (I'm sure Alaska, and not having to study any longer, will be the best treats of all, of course!).
Deep Breaths for the packing. Be sure you have plenty of your support-of-choice on hand (coffee, tea, music, chocolate...) and take it one step at a time.
Alaska sounds like a wonderful trip, have a great time. Look out for the mooses!
Good luck to Peter! I'm sure he will do very well. Those were two of the worst days of my life.
Go pack! Maybe it will distract you from finishing the tank. ;)
Good luck to Peter - I'm sure he'll do well. Got to be a smart cookie, as he's with you.
Deep breath, you'll get what you need to done. HAVE A GREAT TRIP!!
Oh wow! Good luck to Peter, and y'all have a GREAT trip! Take lots of photos to share with us . . . ;)
Alaska sounds like a wonderful place to be right now! Good luck to Peter, and have a great trip!
Eat some ice cream, drink some tea, then make a list. All will be well. Have fun!
Breathe!
I'll look forward to hearing about your trip when you get back.
Amy
Whoa! At least you have a vacation at the end of all that! Good luck to Peter on the bar exam. The feeling of relief when you walk out of that exam is pretty unbelievable. :)
Good luck with everything--can't wait to hear about the trip!
It'll will be nice to get away from the heat!
What part of Alaska are you visiting? I live in Fairbanks and could recommend some yarn shops, if interested.
If you are visiting Homer, be sure to try to stop by Two Sisters Bakery!
Well, I'm here to wish you good luck rather late in the game, so instead I really should say I hope you HAD good luck and that you finished all your work, got packed, and wound up with an official lawyer husband when all was said and done.
Have a GREAT trip!
