I went to Austin at the end of April. I had a class with the fabulous Jillian Moreno.
I watched Amy Singer knit with silk and steel.
I schmoozed with Amy. (Yes I stuck my name tag to my chest. I wasn't going to stick it on my silk top!)
I met Ana for lunch and got more stitch markers.
I played with my in-law's dogs Max
and Sophie.
I knit on Morrigan.
I also owe a lot of people emails. You will be hearing from me soon!

Looks like fun! And Morrigan is looking really beautiful.
Morrigan looks amazing. How did I know that you would pick it...
Holy crap, Morrigan looks amazing. I bow to your cable mojo!
I'm glad you had a camera:-)
Missed breakfast due to a forgotten appointment! Hope to SnB on Thursday.
Just beautiful!
How fun to knit along with Amy...looks like you had a wonderful time.
Cute puppies too...ahhh.
ohhhhh, tiny cables!
It looks like you had so much fun!
Morrigan looks really boring. Why don't you knit something challenging for once?
It turns out that your talent for photographing pegs is not limited to cats. The picture of Max is truly stellar.
Jillian is fun! She used to come to our knitting group but now she's too busy :( especially as she'd bring books she was reviewer for us to paw
nametag on chest, yay!
Wow, your Morrigan is going to rock! Your cable work is something I admire and aspire to!
You got to meet Amy! =) Looks like you guys had a blast.
I love your Morrigan!
I think it's one of the awesomest patterns in the book (I am always drawn to ambitious patterns, in my head I have knitted them all but not so many in actual practice yet...)
I hope it turns out well and I will live vicariously in the meantime ;)
